I’m in Beacon as part of a team. Can I create a Portfolio for my listings only?

The account has fewer than 3 Beacons, or the required data sources aren’t connected.

Not currently. Portfolio automatically includes all Beacons in the account.
Why can’t I edit Portfolio?
Only Admin users can edit and publish Portfolio changes.

Why didn't all of my social profiles and followers automatically pull in under 'Social Media Followers'?
Beacon can only automatically pull the social profiles listed on the Zillow profile URL provided during Portfolio onboarding. These profiles can be updated or additional profiles can be added at any time under Performance → Social Media Followers.
Can I connect more than one Zillow profile for sold data?
No, sold data can only be pulled from one Zillow profile.
My Portfolio isn't using my brand colors.
As an Admin, make sure brand colors are set for the account under Profile → Design & Branding.
How does the “CTA Email Address or Link” field work in the Header & Footer area?
This field supports either a website URL or an email address.
If a URL is entered, the CTA button will link to that website.
If an email address is entered, clicking the CTA button will open the viewer’s email app with a pre-filled message.
How do I save my Portfolio as a PDF for sharing or printing?
If you need to share a Portfolio report with someone who prefers that format, or if you want a print-friendly version, you can quickly convert it to a PDF using a free online tool. Here's how:
Step 1: Get your Portfolio's shareable link
Open your Portfolio and copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
Step 2: Go to the converter
In a new browser tab, navigate to web2pdfconvert.com.
Step 3: Paste the URL
Click into the URL field on the page and paste your Portfolio report link.
Step 4: Convert and download
Click the blue "Download the converted file" button.
The tool will process the page and download a PDF version of your Portfolio report directly to your computer.
Step 5: Share or print
Open the downloaded PDF from your Downloads folder. You can now email it as an attachment, upload it to a shared drive, or send it to a printer.
Tip: The PDF will reflect the Portfolio exactly as it appears at the time of conversion. If your Portfolio data is updated later, you'll need to repeat these steps to get a fresh copy.
