Portfolio Structure & Sections

Portfolio sections are conditionally displayed based on how many Beacons exist in the account.

Accounts with fewer than 3 Beacons

When there are 1-2 Beacons, Portfolio focuses on credibility and social proof rather than performance trends.

Included sections

Header / Footer

  • Logo

  • Title

  • Summary

  • CTA button + URL/email address

There are two CTA options available:

  • If a URL is added: When selected, this will direct the viewer to the specified website.

  • If an Email Address is added: When selected, this will open the default email client and start a new email to the specified address, with a pre-filled subject line and message inviting the recipient to connect after reviewing the Portfolio.

  • Primary positioning message

Social Platform Following

  • Aggregate follower counts from connected social platforms

Sales & Stats (when connected)

  • Sold data pulled from the agent’s Zillow profile

    • # of Transactions in last 12m

    • Total Transactions

    • Average Sales price

    • Top Sale

    • Map that includes sold properties

Reviews (when connected)

  • Zillow reviews

Accounts with 3 or more Beacons

Once enough listings exist, Portfolio shifts into a performance-driven view.

It includes the above sections as well as:

Events

  • Aggregated showing and open house activity

  • Toggles to hide/show:

    • Showings

  • Listing visibility
