ShowingTime Setup Instructions

Step 1: Update Your Profile Email

  1. Log into your ShowingTime account

  2. Go to Profile / My Account

  3. Locate the email address field

  4. Add your Beacon Inbox email (found in the Beacon Showings Inbox) as a secondary email by separating with a comma (no space)

    1. If you have multiple MLS accounts, this email will need to be added to your profile for each one.

Step 2: Enable Email Notifications

  1. Below, under Listing Agent – Showing Preferences, ensure Email is selected for: When appointments are confirmed or cancelled

Important Notes

  • Beacon only receives emails that are sent to your Beacon Showings Inbox email address

  • You will continue to receive emails in your personal inbox - Beacon simply receives a copy

  • The Beacon email must be included in at least one profile associated with the listing in ShowingTime for ingestion to work

What to Expect

Once set up, new ShowingTime activity will automatically appear in your Beacon Showings Inbox and be reflected in your listing activity and reports.

💡 Tip

If you’re not seeing activity come through, double-check that:

  • Your Beacon email is correctly added to your profile

  • Email notifications are enabled

  • The profile with the added Beacon email address is associated with the listing in ShowingTime
