Automate Showing Activity in Beacon
Beacon can automatically track your showing activity by ingesting emails from ShowingTime & Aligned.
Send your showing notifications to your Beacon Showings Inbox email address to:
Capture events like showings scheduled, cancelled, rescheduled, and feedback received
Automatically create these events within your Beacons
How It Works
Copy your unique Beacon Showings Inbox email address from the Showings Inbox page (found near the top left within Beacon)
Add this email to your showing notification settings 👉 For setup instructions, see: ShowingTime Integration & Aligned Integration
What Happens Next
Once set up:
Emails are automatically sent to Beacon
Beacon processes these emails and converts them into showing activity within the corresponding Beacon
Events can be viewed in the Showings Inbox and within the Showings section of each Beacon
No manual entry required
