Settings

Configure account-level defaults that apply when new Beacons are created.

These settings establish a consistent start point across listings, while still allowing flexibility at the individual Beacon level.

Important: Settings define defaults only. They do not retroactively update existing Beacons.

Team Design & Branding

Purpose: Set the default visual identity for all newly created Beacons within the account.

What can be configured

  • Primary brand color

  • Secondary brand color

  • Logo

These values are used as the default branding when a new Beacon is created.

How it behaves

  • New Beacons automatically inherit these branding settings.

  • Branding can still be customized per Beacon under Beacon Settings → Branding.

  • Updating Team Design & Branding does not update existing Beacons.

Default Comp Settings

Purpose: Define the starting comp filters used when creating new Beacons, ensuring consistent market comparisons across listings.

What can be configured:

  • Default price range (% above/below list price)

  • Beds and baths ranges

  • Property type

  • Square footage variance

  • Location filters (radius, same city/zip)

  • Sold listings timeframe

How it behaves

  • These settings are applied automatically to new Beacons.

  • Users can still:

    • Adjust comp filters per Beacon via Comps → Comp Settings
Refresh comps after making Beacon-level changes

  • Changes made here do not overwrite comp settings on existing Beacons.

Default Website Settings

Purpose: Control which websites appear by default in the Websites section of newly created Beacons, and in what order.

What can be configured:

  • Default websites included (Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Trulia and Realtor.com)

  • Display names

  • Default order of websites

How it behaves

  • New Beacons start with this predefined website list and order.

  • At the Beacon level, users can still:

    • Add custom websites

    • Reorder websites
      Hide or show individual sites

    • Update view counts

  • Changes made in Default Website Settings do not affect existing Beacons.
