From the Beacons dashboard, click Create Beacon (top right).
Two creation methods
Option A: Property Address
Choose Property Address
Enter the full address
Click Create Report
Option B: Zillow Link (recommended when available)
Choose Zillow Link
Paste the Zillow listing URL
Click Create Report
Important: An address must match exactly as it is displayed in Zillow. If creation fails via address, try via the Zillow link.
