Social Account Visibility
Social content in Beacon is associated with the connected social accounts. Visibility and management depend on your role and the permissions set for your account.
Admin social sharing
Admins can choose to share their connected social accounts with the full organization using a toggle under Manage Team settings.
When enabled, other users in the org can select the Admin’s connected accounts when adding social posts to a Beacon.
Member social visibility
Member-connected social accounts are automatically visible to Admins (so Admins can add member posts to any Beacon as needed).
Member social accounts cannot be shared with other members
