Show sellers how the listing is being promoted across platforms.

What users can do

  • Filter by platform (Instagram / YouTube / TikTok / Facebook, depending on account)

  • Filter by Account (org/team accounts often have an account dropdown)

  • Search by account/title/description

  • Add posts into the Beacon

  • Remove posts from the Beacon

  • Refresh social metrics (impressions/engagement updates)

Add a social post

  1. Go to Social Media

  2. Select platform tab (if shown)

  3. (If available) choose the correct Account from dropdown

  4. Find the post and click Add

  5. Confirm it appears in the Beacon’s “Added” count/tab (varies)

Remove a post

  • Click Remove on the post row (or remove button in the Added list)

Refresh metrics

  • Click Refresh Social Metrics to update engagement numbers.

Important: To connect to Facebook and Instagram, the corresponding pages must be business pages, not individual profiles. The user must also have Admin access to those pages.
