Weekly Auto-Refresh for Beacons
We're rolling this out to all Beacon accounts over the coming weeks.
Beacon now automatically refreshes your active listings once a week so your reports always reflect the latest data.
What gets auto-refreshed?
Listings in the following statuses will refresh weekly:
For Sale
Pending
Pre-Foreclosure
What’s included in each refresh?
Listing & Online Metrics
Social Media Metrics
Comps (existing comps are updated automatically)
AI Summaries (only if you haven’t edited them manually)
A few things to know
Archived listings are never refreshed - they remain as historical snapshots
Manually edited AI Summaries won’t be overwritten
You can still manually refresh a listing at any time, just like you do today
Manually Refreshing a Beacon
A Beacon can be refreshed at any time using the 'Refresh' button in the top right-hand corner of a Beacon. When selected, the user has the option to update the following:
Listing + online metrics
Comps data
Social metrics
AI Summaries
Intended workflow is:
Refresh to pull the latest source data
Review/update sections as needed
Publish to make changes live
