What Are Tasks?

Tasks help ensure your report reflects the full scope of your work and strengthen your AI-generated summaries by adding more context and data.

Use them to document things like pre-launch efforts, MLS entry, syndication, email campaigns (with audience size), analytics reports, or any platform that isn’t directly integrated. You can include links, screenshots, attachments, and performance metrics.

Add a task

  1. Go to Tasks

  2. Click + Add Task

  3. Add:

    • Category/type (if shown): Coming Soon, Active Listing, Open House, Pre-Launch, MLS entry, etc.

    • Date

    • Action / Task title (required)

    • Description (optional)

    • Metric label + value (optional)

    • Links (optional)

    • Attachments (optional)

  4. Click Save

Manage tasks

  • Edit (pencil)

  • Hide (eye) (if available)

  • Remove/Delete (trash)
